PICKUP DATE: November auction item pickup will begin Tuesday, November 10, 2009 beginning at 1:00 p.m.

QUESTIONS: Email questions will normally be answered within 24 hours Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
SALES TAX: If item being purchased requires sales tax and you are tax exempt, edit your user profile and/or provide us with a copy of your Resale Tax ID, Dealer License or Tax Exemption Certificate prior to the auction close. Fax certificates to: 563-587-4567.
PAYMENT: Acceptable forms of payment include, Money order, cashier’s check or certified bank check. No cash, no personal checks, no corporate checks.
REFUSAL OF AUCTION ITEM: To encourage serious bidders only, a 7% fee will be assessed for units that are refused for reasons other than improper disclosure of major mechanical deficiencies. Fee must be paid prior to bidding on future items.
